What a wonderful Beer Festival in Macao!

Joining as part of organizer, HANDS KIOSK event is mainly responsible to produce the event's press conf., opening ceremony and to run the main stage in a consecutive 24 days for the Beer Festival Event. Our Chief Event Producer, Ms. Ishtar Chan, and HANDS KIOSK event crew also work closely with all partners for the event design (2D & animation), promotion, ticketing, stage effect & to run the daily rehearsal + the live event, entertainments, stage technical management, beer / gourmet / cultural & creative game booths, etc.

We overcome all the challenges we meet durign the event production, mainly:

• 40-day super tight lead-time to produce the Beer Festival Event;

• to run the different stage rundown everyday including the nights reserved by VIP clients and the nights open for public respectively;

• emergency planning & execution under the bad weather & force majeure situation.
